Agency Open Records

Any requests under the Right to Know Law may be made using the Right-to-Know Uniform Request Form.

Duplication fees for documents requested under the Right to Know Law are established by the Office of Open Records and are available on their website. Other fees may be established by EHB as permitted by the Right to Know Law.
